Carbon Watchers.

Carbon Watchers is a platform to share, encourage, promote and begin to reduce your carbon footprint. It is a community based group based in Ayr, in South West Scotland but with a wider online audience. It's main purpose is to reduce individual environmental impact in a friendly, sociable and positive setting, relieving guilt and committing to one carbon reducing activity per month. There are a series of documentaries, guest speakers and workshops.

Brief

Carbon Watchers required a bold and memorable logo with hints to the Weight Watchers logo and typeface. It is a play on the well known weekly dieting program and seeks to imitate this by reducing carbon consumption. It was important to use natural earthy feeling textures and all products have been printed on environmentally recycled and produced materials.
