Macfarlane.
Macfarlane’s restaurant was established in 2013 and changed hands to a new team under new ownership during the pandemic of 2020. Struggling with all that the pandemic had thrown at the hospitality industry this restaurant and new management managed to establish itself, and maintain its loyal customer base and five star reviews in the seaside town of Ayr.
The new menus boasted a selection of Scottish Fusion Tapas plates and accompanied this with a large selection of drinks and a weekly changing dessert menu. The new team were determined to elevate Macfarlane’s quality and customer satisfaction, and maintain their five star reviews from both loyal returning customers and those who seek them out for a unique dining experience.
With the high standards expected from the food itself, and the dining experience, the new team were also incredibly keen to elevate their social media, branding and marketing to ensure they are rolling out the best quality content that accurately reflects their business.
The restaurant closed in the summer of 2022 to pursue other business goals. They left behind a great legacy and reputation for good quality food and excellent customer service in Ayr.
